I find this interesting. We humans seem to love eating sugary foods. It seems logical that eating or drinking foods with sugar in them would make one behave more nicely.

Of course I think eating any good meal (like a Thanksgiving dinner for example) might put one in a good mood and improve behavior!

Really? It seems logical to you? Why?

Regarding weRdoomed's comment #1.1:

I am happier after eating sugary foods like fresh fruit than after eating beets or going a long period without eating. Being in a good mood seems to make me and others a nicer person in various ways, based on my limited observations.

However, I am blessed immeausurably. And I try to behave nicely regardless of what I eat.

Have you noticed any difference in your own behavior depending on what you eat or don't eat?

Oh, I see what you mean - a raise in blood sugar makes people happier. Agreed!

I'm a grouch if I haven't eaten in a while.
