I am pleased that a study supports sitting in what I have found to be a more comfortable position.

Agreed. I have back problems and sitting back feels much better than sitting up straight. I just have to figure out how to force myself to do it because I tend to hunch forward, which is HORRIBLE for my back.

I'd be careful before jumping to too many conclusions though. Like most science reporting (unfortunately) they've taken a very specific study and made a headline that sounds much more general.

Leaning back probably is much better for your lower back, but I suspect it's also much worse for your neck and shoulders.
