This is good news!

But other things being equal it is still great to live a healthy lifestyle by:

  • avoiding abuse of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs
  • eating a proper diet
  • exercising
  • getting adequate rest

Well, this is encouraging! I have a great aunt who made it to 106; I have other immediate relatives who made it to their 90's, and most made it to their mid-80's. So, maybe I got lucky. I'll let y'all know in another 40 years or so....
